There is something so exciting about biting into a perfectly seared piece of salmon. Learn how to season, sear and plate that salmon for yourself and pair it with the sides that will complement its unique flavor. Learning how to use what is in season to prepare your side dishes will be discussed.
Students will receive hands-on instruction, prepare their meals and dine on what they have prepared!
