Responsibilities:
– Provide hair styling services to clients
– Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
– Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences
– Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments
– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
– Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
Skills:
– Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
– Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
– Experience with hair extensions, including application and maintenance
– Ability to effectively sell retail products to clients to enhance their at-home hair care routine
– Experience working at the front desk of a salon, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing payments
– Excellent hair styling skills, including blowouts, updos, and braiding techniques
– Valid cosmetology license
