Background Check Services
The Adult Career Center offers BCI/FBI fingerprinting services as a service to the community.
Background checks are done by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Call (330) 729-4100 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to present your unexpired, valid, government-issued photo identification (ID). Examples of a valid form of ID include, but are not limited to, a driver’s license, other state-issued ID, or passport. Print the background check form and bring it with you to your appointment. Wait to sign the form until you are in the presence of the Adult Career Center employee conducting your fingerprinting, so they can witness your signature.
Payment must be made at the time of the appointment.
Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit, Check, or Cash.
