We are looking to fill several summer seasonal Laborer positions in our Highway Management Department.
The pay rate is $18.06/hour. The job duties would include:
- Flag/traffic control for highway maintenance
- Drive pickup truck to set out/pick up signs & follow mowing crew
- Roadside litter pickup, clean &/or wash vehicles & equipment
- Clean/hose down garage areas
- Use weed eater to trim around buildings, fences, etc.
- Help clean up roadsides when work crews are cutting brush/tree trimming
- Answer phone &/or radio when clerk is unavailable
