Technical Integrator- Career Tech Programming
Qualifications:
● 5 years of work experience with 2 years recent experience in a Career Technical Field or
ability to obtain a CT license in the job-specified program areas
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent as deemed by Superintendent
● Proven expertise in computer technology and manufacturing and/or other related areas
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working
relationships
● Capacity to think strategically and creatively in solving technical challenges
● Willingness to adapt to varying work hours to meet the diverse needs of our educational
programs
● Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
● Ability to travel as needed for job-related purposes
● Relevant educational background and certifications in computer technology,
manufacturing, or a related field
● Willingness to become knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence system integration
● Willingness to change and adapt with workforce and educational trends
● Proactive in collaborating with business and industry partners to drive programming
● Proficient and experienced in educational methodology
● Must be able to pass BCI/FBI background checks and drug screen

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement technical solutions in areas of computer science, artificial
intelligence, and career technical programming
● Facilitate the integration of new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure
and the MCCTC CT Expansion facility
● Collaborate closely with educational and administrative staff to assess and meet their
technical needs
● Provide technical expertise and guidance in planning and executing projects
● Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in computer technology and
manufacturing
● Attend relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills and
knowledge as requested by the district
● Be willing to travel as required for the job, including attending conferences, meetings,
and training sessions
● Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of
both daytime students and adult learners
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
● Work with instructors and administration to research and integrate the latest
equipment, supplies, and training needed to create projects, programming and
curriculum for the CT Expansion space
● Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in technical operations
