Valley STEM + ME2 Academy Camp

June 19th – 21st


Reserve your spot for Summer Camp today! Summer Career Camp is for incoming 6th-8th graders and will be held June 19-21. Cost is $25 per student. Registration will take place throughout the month of May until full. You will be mailed an official packet shortly after. (If you are registering more than one student, please complete and submit a separate Sign-up form for each student)

In this camp your child will have hands on exposure to:

  • 3D Printing
  • Soldering
  • Rocketry
  • Solar Project
  • Drone Technology
  • Design Challenges

*Please note that you are able to sign up for an MCCTC career camp as well as the Valley STEM + ME2 Academy camp!

MCCTC Summer Camp

June 12th – 14th

Auto Technology

In Auto Technology, your child will learn the basics:

  • How to check tire pressure
  • How to check fluids
  • How to change a tire
  • How to properly wash and wax a car
  • And much more!


In Culinary, your child will learn:

  • Basic cooking methods
  • Cooking skills
  • Proper knife handling skills
  • Basic safety and awarementss in the kitchen

Early Childhood Education

In Early Childhood Education your child will learn:

  • The importance behind play
  • Best practices of preschool children
  • Important information and babysitting tips

*Students in this camp will have the opportunity to observe the daycare on site.

Plants, Flowers & Environment

In Plants, Flowers & Environment your child will:

  • Be outdoors as much as possible
  • Have the opportunity to work in the greenhouse on campus
  • Learn all about the environment needed for plants and flowers to grow
  • And much more!

Mechanical Engineering

In Mechanical Engineering your child will:

  • The engineering and design process to construct a working 6 x 6 amphibious vehicle


In Robotics your child will:

  • Robot design
  • Virtual plan
  • Notebook
  • Build
  • Gearing/simple machines
  • Programming
  • Sensors
  • Competition
