Preliminary Restart Information

Preliminary Reopning Information

The school will start as scheduled, as per the attached calendar. The school start and end times (7:55-2:20) will remain the same.

We will implement all safety and health protocols in place, as outlined by the Governor, the Ohio Department of Health, and the Ohio Department of Education.

We will implement recommended best practices per industry standards, and will provide more detailed information by program/lab in upcoming weeks.

Home districts are responsible for transportation (contact them with questions).

We will continue to provide quality Career and Technical/STEM education, including credentialing, job opportunities, and career pathway exploration.

We are currently working with stakeholders to continue formalizing what instruction will look like (3 options~fu/1 attendance, blended/hybrid, or online). Please note: fully online would only occur if mandated. See attached for the detailed information regarding

We will monitor daily the Ohio Public Health Advisory System, using the Alert Indicators as a guide for determining educational delivery (see attached).

Per the state guidelines, all staff will wear masks and/or face shields. Students will be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) per program. More information will come in August.

We will continue to support all needs of students, including physical, emotional, and social needs. Our student wellness and achievement coordinator & other counselors will monitor students ensuring we meet these needs for all students equitably.

All new students will be provided with chromebooks. Distribution will be determined based on status of the start of the year. More information will come in August.

More information regarding open house will be available in August.

We will continue to make sure that all students have access to our high-quality programming.

**Protocols and procedures for if/when a student and/or staff is a confirmed case of COVID-19 will be determined in partnership with the Health Department.

The delivery model to start the year will be determined in upcoming weeks based on conditions and the local Alert Indicator Status. This may be fluid and need adjusted as local conditions change.
