According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, employment of Medical Assistants is projected to grow much faster than average - 23 percent through 2024! (Source: www.bls.gov )

MCCTC Adult Career Center provides the training you need to obtain entry-level employment in an array of healthcare settings with the ability to perform clinical and administrative tasks.

At MCCTC Adult Career Center you will train to be a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Phlebotomist in less than 1 year!

Graduates of the Medical Assisting program at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center are satisfied with the education that they received, as evidenced by an average 100% graduate satisfaction rate over the past five years.

The Medical Assistant program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs upon the recommendation of Medical Assistant Education Review Board (MAERB).
