Meet the Machine Team Academic Teachers!
Work on Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) milling machines and lathes. We also expose students to fabrication using welding processes, pipe bending, custom fit-up, heat treating, and many other fabrication processes.
Students in this program will study areas in an introduction to the automotive industry, preventative maintenance, brakes, steering and suspension, and engine repair. There are also options for college credit plus, Ford ACE training, and job placement.
Custom Auto Painting, Design & Repair
Students in this program will learn structural analysis, damage repair and refinishing techniques of vehicles in a project oriented laboratory. Students will also have the opportunity to learn the restoration of classic vehicles using modern techniques.
Diesel Power Tech Program
This truck and diesel mechanic career training program also covers the engine, power train, hydraulic, electrical and electronic control theory, and design.
The welding program at MCCTC provides students the opportunity to gain the technical skills for a career in the welding industry. Students will learn how to permanently join metals together through the study and application of various welding techniques.
