Join us at MCCTC Adult Career Center for a series of fun and unique cooking classes! All classes are hand-on and chef-led and include the creation of 8-10 recipes.

Enjoy a great night out and invite your friends to join you as you learn to prepare exciting meals or desserts and then enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Are you currently in the restaurant or food industry business? As new regulations from the Ohio Department of Health will soon require at least one employee on staff maintain ServSafe Manager certification this workshop was designed with you in mind! This 2-day workshop will help you or an employee become ServSafe certified to meet the requirement. Attendees will receive proper knowledge in food safety, and sanitation that is required by state law and will be given the opportunity to sit for the ServSafe certification.
