Academy of the Arts

Study the diverse field of cosmetology by learning hair, skin and nail care techniques. Students will have the opportunity to work with outside clients under the supervision of their instructor at The Salon at MCCTC. Senior students are required to complete a 150-hour internship at an approved salon.

Creative Arts & Design

Students in the Creative Arts & Design course will learn to create and adapt their work to various fields including print and digital. Learning how to take, edit, and produce graphic images and advertisements, students will be prepared for an exciting, fast-paced career.

Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts Two-year program allows students to study the art of preparing and cooking with the knowledge of food science and an understanding of diet and nutrition. Students in the Culinary Arts program can develop the skills necessary for success in the demanding and competitive food service/hospitality industry.
