Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES), Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP)/GM Apprenticeship Programs, Automotive Student Service Educational Training (ASSET)/Ford Apprenticeship Program, Chrysler Apprenticeship Program (CAPS), and Toyota Technical Education Network (T-10). Other college opportunities include two- and four-year technical degrees in automotive technology. Both MCCTC automotive programs earned the prestigious National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
Based on the high quality of its program, MCCTC was also chosen as an Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) participant in partnership with General Motors and the Daimler Chrysler Corporation. Automotive students participating in the AYES partnership not only take automotive classes while in school, but also work as interns at participating dealerships with an experienced technician as a mentor.
